Do I need to be home during the cleaning?It’s completely up to you. Many iSuperClean clients provide us with a key, while others leave it in a secure place for each visit. If you have an alarm system, you can either leave it off or provide us with entry and exit codes.

What are your cleaning rates?Our rates are based on the size and condition of your home. For the most accurate quote, please contact us directly before scheduling your appointment.

How do I pay for cleaning services?Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash or personal checks. If you won’t be home, please leave your payment on the kitchen countertop.

Is your cleaning service guaranteed?Absolutely. All of our work is backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not happy with any part of our service, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean at no extra cost.
